This is to inform you that we have raised a request with SBM Bank to close your credit card. The service request number for the same is SR1646161. You may follow up directly with the bank using this reference number. The standard turnaround time (TAT) for processing such requests is 7 working days.

We are closing this ticket from our end, as the closure request has already been initiated with the bank. If you do not receive a response from SBM Bank within the mentioned TAT, please feel free to reply to this email, and we will reopen the ticket for further assistance.
