We completely understand your concern and truly want to help you get this resolved at the earliest. In this case, since the FD amount is handled directly by the bank, we kindly request you to please write an email to customercare@sbmbank.co.in from your registered email ID.
In your email, please mention the service request (SR) number you might have received when you had raised the request for closing your card. Additionally, kindly attach a copy of your cancelled cheque and clearly mention that the refund has not yet been received.
As the refund process is managed solely by the bank, they will be able to assist you further once they receive these details. We truly appreciate your patience and cooperation in this matter.
