If customer wishes to change his communication address once application form is submitted by filing the final OTP

This is to inform you that once the application form is submitted with the final OTP, it cannot be edited. However, there is an alternative option available.

You will need to create a Fixed Deposit (FD), after which the VKYC (Video KYC) window will remain open for 72 hours. If the VKYC is not completed within this period, the session will expire, and a refund will be initiated.

Once the refund is processed, the application form will become editable again, allowing you to update the communication address.
