Mobile number change - sr raised

This is to inform you that we have raised a request with the bank to update your registered mobile number under SR request number SR1881419. The TAT for this process is 10 working days as per the bank’s guidelines.

We kindly request you to wait until the TAT is completed. In case the number is not updated even after the given timeline, you may directly contact SBM Bank at customercare@sbmbank.co.in for further follow-up.
