To access your welcome vouchers, please follow the steps below:
Open the Novio App and go to the “Novio Cards” section located on the right side of the home page.
You will see multiple banners on the screen — please swipe from right to left to find the “Welcome Vouchers” banner.
Click on “Redeem Now.” A unique code will appear on the screen.
Copy that code and click on “Redeem Now” again.
On the next screen, click on “Register,” paste the copied unique code, and fill in the required details to receive your vouchers.
Please note that once the unique code is generated, the vouchers must be used within their validity period of 150 days.
