Process to receive the welcome vouchers – Rupay /non receipt of welcome vouchers

We are sharing the detailed process and requirements for receiving the vouchers. 

To be eligible, you must meet all the following criteria within 30 days of card issuance: 

• Activate your card by making the first transaction

• Complete at least one successful transaction

• Spend a minimum of ₹2,000 in total

Once your eligibility is confirmed, the welcome vouchers will be visible on the novio App after the 30-day period is completed.
