Card closure request – retention call went NC (within 12 months of card issuance)

We've attempted to contact you, but unfortunately, we haven't received a response. As a result, we are proceeding with forwarding your card closure request to SBM Bank.

Since your card has not completed 12 months, a fee of ₹599 + GST will be deducted from your Fixed Deposit (FD) amount, along with a 1% penalty for premature withdrawal of interest. The remaining amount will be refunded to you.
